François Fornieri, the CEO of Mithra Pharmaceuticals and Manager of the Year 2011 called on Cecoforma Events & Communications to design, imagine, manage
and organise the annual "Mithra Day".
Every year since 2004, Mithra has organised its "Day" in the beginning of February in a different region where Mithra is present. After Liège, Namur, Bruges, Brussels, Luxembourg and Mons, we proposed to visit Limburg this year, our destination being the beautiful city of Hasselt. This day had to be friendly, festive, cultural and bilingual.
Cecoforma Events & Communication put together the following programme: reservation of a business/VIP car - private booking of "Sky High", the top floor at the Radisson Blue Hasselt with a panoramic view of all of Limburg - organisation and coordination of an "official" meeting with the Governor of Limburg - visit and walk around the city ? private visit with personal guides of the National Genever Museum and the Fashion Museum ? private reservation of the famous bar-restaurant "Blue Olive" and the creation of personalised cocktails in Mithra?s colours ? a gourmet dinner and finally musical entertainment featuring karaoke.
Two young and dynamic organisers from Cecoforma Events & Communication (one French-speaking and one Dutch-speaking) supervised this day from beginning to end. A (bilingual) Cecoforma photographer also accompanied the group throughout the day and evening to create a full report. The next day, 500 photos were made available online on a website created in the name of the event. Mithra Day by Cecoforma. A day the spokesperson of Mithra, Mr. Poskin, described as "perfect".
