Organisation of the 8th Citizens’ Energy Forum, which aims to create competitive, energy-efficient and fair retail markets for consumers by bringing together national consumer organisations, industry representatives, national regulators and government authorities to work on key issues such as switching energy suppliers, user-friendly billing, smart metering, or protecting vulnerable groups. The conference included high-level panel discussions, presentations, consumer testimonials and key note speeches.
