Eastern Partnership Civil Society ForumNovembre 2010 & Novembre 2011
Cecoforma ensures smooth logistics for civil society representatives coming from rocky democracies
The overall aim of the Forum is to promote contacts among civil society organisations and facilitate their dialogue with public authorities in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The meetings usually take stock of what has been achieved since the previous meeting regarding civil society promotion and then discusses how the Forum should evolve in the future. It allows the exchange of best practices between civil society organisations from the European Union (EU) and Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries.
The purpose of the contract was to assist the European Commission with the organisation of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (CSF) editions which were held in Berlin on 18-19 November 2010 and in Poznan on 28-30 November 2011. The contract involved coordinating the logistics and organising travel arrangements and accommodation for a total of 578 civil society organisation representatives coming from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The contract also involved organising the travel arrangements and accommodation for selected keynote speakers (non-EaP countries) and members of the CSF Steering Committee (EaP and the EU).
