13th WALLONIA EXPORT GRAND PRIX25 September 2012
Cecoforma is proposing an awards ceremony based on the theme of flight, including acrobats and trapeze artists
The Wallonia Export Grand Prix is a biannual competition that rewards businesses who have contributed to the promotion of Walloon quality and knowledge abroad, whether by increasing their export volume or by infiltrating difficult markets. The jury consists of export specialists and awards six different prizes. The Laureates are rewarded with a trophy, an original work by Walloon artist, Michaël Bihain.
Cecoforma Events & Communication arranged the programme, the stage design and the logistical organisation for this colourful night. In particular, Cecoforma Events & Communication proposed an original scene arrangement for the awards ceremony as well as an original line-up of artists and musicians for impromptu performances and the main concert. The creative concept which was proposed centered on the "Flight" theme : Walloon export business taking off. To illustrate this, a parallel was drawn with the boom in art and culture in Wallonia; these are also synonymous with creativity, dynamism and celebration. Nearly a dozen artists - including Romain Cabon, the world-renowned acrobat - have been brought together that night to provide the evening's entertainment. Cecoforma Events & Communication has also reserved and adapted the Théatre du Manège at Mons and coordinated the accommodation of light and sound technicians. Cecoforma Events & Communication also took care of the catering, the hostesses and valet parking services. Finally, Cecoforma Events & Communication has created and produced a souvenir video to be distributed on DVD.
